Rate: -95110 per day (depending on experience, qualifications & pay method)
Start: Trial days next week and after half term

Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in Milton Keynes? We are working with a specialist ASD school with two well-resourced sites located in Bletchley and Hazeley.

This rewarding setting is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a primary diagnosis of autism. The majority of learners are pre-verbal, so patience, resilience, and a nurturing approach are essential. SEN experience can be personal or professional.

The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant

• Supporting pupils with autism in 1:1 and small group settings
• Assisting with pre-verbal and alternative communication approaches
• Working collaboratively with teachers and therapy staff
• Creating a calm, structured, supportive learning environment

Requirements

• Previous SEN experience (personal or professional) - essential
• A calm, proactive approach
• Strong relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for supporting autistic learners
