This is more than a job; this is an opportunity to inspire and empower young minds, while gaining valuable experience working in a school setting.As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and nurturing the students on their educational journeys. You will help inspire and motivate the pupils to learn, whilst also building their self-esteem, independence and social skills, to help provide them with the foundation to thrive after they leave school. All the pupils in this school have additional learning needs - this includes autism, learning difficulties, speech and communication challenges and physical disabilities.
