As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Work 1:1 and in small groups to support children''s learning and emotional development
• Assist during lessons, promote engagement and help with behaviour management
• Build trusted, supportive relationships with students
• Work alongside experienced teachers, therapists and SEN professionals
