The Role of an SEN Teaching Assistant in Milton Keynes You will provide one to one and small group support, helping pupils to access learning, develop confidence and independence, manage emotions, and build positive relationships. You may support pupils with Autism, ASC, ADHD, SEMH, communication needs, behavioural challenges, and other additional needs while helping to create a calm, structured, and supportive learning environment. What We Are Looking For Experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, SEN Support Worker, Behaviour Support Worker, Youth Worker, or similar would be highly beneficial.
