Our client schools support pupils with a wide range of needs, including Autism (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), ADHD, communication and interaction needs, and complex learning needs . This means there are opportunities to work in a variety of settings and gain valuable experience across different areas of SEN. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in helping pupils access their education and reach their potential. You may provide 1:1 support, work with small groups or support pupils within the wider classroom , working closely with teachers and other professionals to provide the right level of support for each individual. We are looking for people who are patient, resilient and adaptable , with the ability to build positive and trusting relationships with children and young people.
