SEN Teaching Assistant - Day-to-Day/Short-Term/Long-Term - Location: Stafford/Stone Start Date: September 2026We are seeking to appoint a dedicated, caring and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support a variety of our partner schools across the Stone and Stafford regions. You will have the opportunity to work hours which suit your schedule whether this be requiring more part-time hours or something a little more full-time. Your duties will include; supporting a pupil with day-to-day learning, tailoring learning and activities to be taught in a way in which the pupil can access their learning in a way which works for them.Upon placement you will receive support from all of the staff within each school you visit, particularly the SENCO who you will be liaising with on a regular basis. Your focus will be working with a variety of children with varying additional needs, occasional support to the rest of the class may be necessary. As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant you must have a flexible approach to work as your role will vary day-to-day to accommodate to the needs of the child. You must have a kind, caring and nurturing personality in which you are passionate in supporting a pupil with additional needs.
