SEN Teaching Assistant 1:1 Autism and ADHD SupportLocation: Hemel Hempstead Salary: 95- 100 per day Working Pattern: Part-Time - 3 Days Per Week School Type: Specialist ProvisionAre you looking to develop your experience within the Education and Training Sector?We are recruiting for a motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Hemel Hempstead, providing targeted 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with Autism, ADHD and complex learning, communication and sensory needs.This role in Hemel Hempstead would suit an experienced SEN professional who is passionate about supporting young people and interested in developing a long-term career within education or specialist services.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivering consistent 1:1 support tailored to individual pupil needs.Supporting pupils with learning, communication and sensory needs.Implementing personalised learning and behavioural strategies.Using visual communication tools and sensory approaches.Promoting independence, confidence and social development.Supporting personal care requirements where appropriate.Maintaining a safe, structured and inclusive learning environment.Working collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists and wider support teams.Monitoring and encouraging pupil engagement and progress.What We''re Looking ForThe ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will have:Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN.An understanding of Autism and/or ADHD.A patient, consistent and nurturing ..... full job details .....
