Whether you''re an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant or have transferable skills from care, youth work, support work or experience studying psychology we''d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, helping them to engage with learning and reach their full potential. Work alongside teachers to deliver creative and inclusive learning activities. Support children with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Speech and Language needs and learning difficulties. Adapt resources and learning strategies to meet individual needs. Encourage independence, confidence and positive behaviour through patience and consistency. Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, teachers and families.
