SEN Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support - EYFS)

Location: BB5 (Accrington)
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm (includes 30-minute lunch break)

We are looking for a caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child with autism within an EYFS setting in Accrington. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a child''s early development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a child with autism
• Support learning, communication, and emotional regulation
• Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCo
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Track and report on progress

Requirements:

• Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly autism
• A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• EYFS knowledge (desirable)
