SEN Teaching Assistant - 1:1 Support Barnet September Start Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs and looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference? We are working with a welcoming mainstream school in Barnet that is seeking enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team from September. The successful candidates will provide 1:1 support to pupils with additional needs across KS2, helping them access learning, build confidence and develop their independence within the classroom. The Role: Provide dedicated 1:1 support to pupils with additional needs Work across KS2 Support pupils with their learning, engagement and social development Help children access the curriculum and participate positively in school life Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils Work closely with teachers and the wider SEN team to support individual needs The Ideal Candidate Will: Have previous experience working with children with additional needs Ideally have experience supporting pupils with SEN in a school or similar setting Be patient, nurturing and understanding Be proactive, adaptable and confident Have excellent communication and teamwork skills Be passionate about helping children reach their full potential What the School Offers: A supportive and welcoming school environment A collaborative staff team Opportunities to develop your SEN experience The chance to make a genuine difference to children''s education ..... full job details .....
