This is a full-time, long-term role for a patient, consistent practitioner who can build a trusted relationship with the pupil and support their access to learning throughout the school day.   Responsibilities:    Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 3 pupil with a diagnosis of ASD, under the direction of the class teacher and SENCO  Build a positive, trusting relationship to support engagement, communication and emotional regulation  Support the pupil''s access to learning within continuous provision and whole-class activities, adapting tasks as needed  Support the pupil towards individual EHCP targets, feeding back progress to the class teacher and SENCO  Use strategies such as visual supports, sensory regulation and structured routines to support the pupil''s needs  Support transitions and unstructured times, i...</description>
