The school provides a structured and supportive environment where pupils are encouraged to develop their confidence, resilience and engagement with education.The school is looking to appoint a SEND Teacher on a long-term basis with an immediate start. The successful SEND Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons across primary and secondary age groups, adapt teaching to meet individual needs and use strong classroom and behaviour management to support pupils with SEMH difficulties.The successful SEND Teacher will have: QTS Experience teaching primary and/or secondary-aged pupils Experience supporting children and young people with SEMH Strong classroom and behaviour management skills The ability to differentiate and adapt lessons to individual needs A patient, resilient and adaptable approach In return for the above you can expect to ..... full job details .....
