      <description>Location: Tower Hamlets | Salary: 1.00-1.00 Daily | Type: Permanent | We are looking for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join a specialist SEMH school in Tower Hamlets.  This is a full-time role ideal for a teacher who can build strong relationships, manage behaviour positively, and adapt learning to meet a range of needs. You will be:   Confident in delivering tailored lessons that support pupils with SEMH needs Skilled in behaviour management, using a calm and consistent approach Able to build strong, trusting relationships with students, staff, and families Flexible and creative in adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs Committed to supporting both the academic and emotional development of pupils A strong team player, willing to collaborate with support staff and external professionals  The successful candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience working with children with SEMH, SEN, or in alternative provisions.
