Sen Teacher

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher-to join a specialist SEMH school in Tower Hamlets.-

This is a-full-time role-ideal for a teacher who can build strong relationships, manage behaviour positively, and adapt learning to meet a range of needs.

You will be:-

• Confident in delivering tailored lessons that support pupils with SEMH needs
• Skilled in behaviour management, using a calm and consistent approach
• Able to build strong, trusting relationships with students, staff, and families
• Flexible and creative in adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs
• Committed to supporting both the academic and emotional development of pupils
• A strong team player, willing to collaborate with support staff and external professionals

The successful candidate will hold-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)-and have experience working with children with SEMH, SEN, or in alternative provisions. A calm, adaptable approach, with an ability to effectively support a range of disabilities, and a strong commitment to safeguarding are essential.-
