SEN Teacher

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking experienced and compassionate SEN Teachers to work on an ad-hoc basis within KS3 and KS5 SEN school in Gainsborough. The schools support pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Learning Disabilities, providing structured, nurturing environments where every child''s individual needs are understood and valued.This is an exciting opportunity for teachers looking to gain flexible, rewarding experience in specialist settings, supporting pupils to access the curriculum, develop independence, and achieve their potential.The Role: As an Ad-Hoc SEN Teacher, you will:Deliver engaging, tailored lessons for pupils with Autism and Learning DisabilitiesSupport pupils across KS1 and KS2 in their academic, social, and emotional developmentWork closely with SEN teams to implement individual learning plansPromote positive behaviour, social interaction, and emotional regulationCreate a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environmentAdapt teaching approaches to meet the unique needs of each pupilThe Ideal Candidate Will:Hold QTS, PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualificationsHave experience teaching pupils with Autism or Learning Disabilities (desirable but not essential)Be flexible, patient, and able to respond to individual needsHave excellent communication and teamwork skillsHold a current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)Have the legal right to work in the UKWhy Work with Tradewind Recruitment:Flexible, ad-hoc placements ..... full job details .....
