You will support children with a range of additional needs, which may include autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, learning disabilities and social, emotional and mental health needs.Key responsibilities include:Planning and delivering differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs.Creating and implementing individual education plans and personalised learning targets.Monitoring, assessing and recording pupils'' progress and development.Promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation and social development.Adapting teaching resources and strategies to support different learning styles.Working collaboratively ..... full job details .....
