You will work with pupils who may face barriers to mainstream education, helping them rebuild confidence, develop positive relationships and engage meaningfully with their learning.The Role: Year 1 Teacher As the successful candidate, your responsibilities will include:Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet pupils'' individual learning needs.Supporting children with special educational needs and behavioural challenges in a specialist educational setting.Managing challenging behaviour through clear expectations, consistent boundaries and positive behaviour strategies.Creating a safe, structured and nurturing classroom environment where every pupil feels supported.Adapting teaching methods and resources to accommodate different abilities, learning styles and needs.Building trusting relationships with pupils to encourage participation, confidence and progress.Working closely with colleagues and the wider school team to support pupils'' educational and personal ..... full job details .....
