You will be working within a supportive primary environment, leading and supporting a small, focused group of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).The role is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and making a tangible difference in the daily lives and academic journeys of children with diverse learning needs.Key ResponsibilitiesTargeted Teaching: Deliver engaging, tailored lessons and interventions for a small cohort of primary-aged children with SEN.Inclusive Planning: Adapt the primary curriculum to suit individual learning styles, Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), and specific educational needs.Progress Tracking: Monitor, assess, and record student progress, celebrating achievements and setting meaningful next steps.Collaborative Working: Work closely with the school''s SENCO, parents, LSAs (Learning Support Assistants), and external agencies to ensure a holistic support network.Positive Environment: Foster a safe, ..... full job details .....
