SEN Teacher

Full-Time | Permanent | September Start

We are seeking a compassionate and creative Primary Teacher to join our specialist SEN school in Bow, supporting pupils aged 5-11 with complex learning needs, autism, communication difficulties, and sensory processing needs.

The successful candidate will:

• Deliver engaging, highly differentiated lessons
• Support pupils with EHCPs and complex needs
• Work closely with therapists, support staff, and families
• Create a nurturing and structured classroom environment
• Use communication approaches such as PECS, Makaton, or AAC where appropriate

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Has experience working within SEN settings or with complex needs
• Is patient, resilient, and passionate about inclusive education
• Understands trauma-informed and child-centred practice
