SEN Teacher - ASD ARP Hayes 165- 285 per day Full-time Long-term opportunityAre you a passionate SEN Teacher with experience supporting pupils with Autism?Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a large primary school in Hayes, Hillingdon, who are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced teacher to join their dedicated ASD ARP.The school''s specialist provision supports 24 pupils with Autism, working alongside the mainstream school to provide a structured, nurturing and inclusive environment tailored around individual needs.The RoleAs the SEN Teacher within the ARP, you will take responsibility for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated learning that enables pupils with ASD to make meaningful progress.You will:Plan and deliver high-quality lessons adapted to individual needsSupport pupils with Autism and communication/interaction needsDevelop individualised learning and behaviour strategiesCreate a calm, structured and inclusive classroom environmentWork closely with experienced SEN TAs and the wider school teamMonitor and assess pupil progressContribute towards EHCP outcomes and individual learning plansWork collaboratively with the SENCO and external professionalsSupport pupils'' academic, social, emotional and communication developmentHelp pupils develop greater independence and confidenceWe''re looking for:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualificationExperience working with children with ASD/SENDA strong understanding of ..... full job details .....
