The school provides a highly supportive and nurturing environment where pupils are encouraged to develop academically, socially, and emotionally through tailored learning experiences.The Role:Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet a range of individual learning needs.Create a structured and positive classroom environment that supports pupil development.Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and wider school staff.Monitor progress and contribute to EHCP targets and reviews.Foster independence, communication skills, and positive relationships among pupils.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.Experience working with children with SEND, particularly autism and complex learning needs.Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills.A patient, flexible, and nurturing approach to teaching.A commitment to promoting inclusion and achieving positive outcomes for every pupil.What Tradewind ..... full job details .....
