SEN Teacher

The Role Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs. Create a positive, structured and inclusive learning environment. Manage challenging behaviour using positive behaviour strategies. Work collaboratively with support staff, colleagues and the wider school team. Encourage pupils'' academic, social and emotional development. The Ideal Candidate Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Has experience working within SEN, SEMH or specialist educational settings. Confident managing challenging behaviour and supporting pupils with complex needs.
