SEN Teacher

This is a rewarding opportunity to work within a specialist SEN setting, supporting pupils with a range of complex needs. You will play a key role in helping pupils develop not only academically, but also socially and emotionally, enabling them to achieve their full potential.You will be part of a supportive, multi-disciplinary team, working closely with therapists, support staff, and families to deliver a holistic approach to education. The role requires creativity, flexibility, and a commitment to adapting teaching approaches to meet each pupil''s individual needs.This role requires staff to:To discharge a full, broad, balanced, and relevant curriculum to all pupilsEnsure that all pupils have all necessary means to access the curriculum and fully participate in activitiesIdentify and adopt the most effective teaching approach for individual pupils.Monitoring teaching and learning to ensure progress towards the learning outcomes identified on the EHCP.Supporting pupils'' personal, social, and emotional developmentAttend mandatory training and agreed CPDEssential skills required:A well-organised and understanding individual with a person-centred approachAn outstanding classroom practitionerPrevious experience of working within a school environmentA full teaching qualification (QTS)All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
