SEN Teacher - Maternity CoverLocation: LeedsStart Date: Mid-MayPay: £170 - £220 per day (dependent on experience)We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join a specialist setting on a maternity cover basis starting mid-May. This is a full-time role, offering a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact supporting pupils with complex and multiple learning needs.The school provides a supportive and inclusive environment, working with students who require highly personalised approaches to learning, including those with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), autism, and associated needs.The Role:Plan and deliver tailored, engaging lessons to meet individual learning needsSupport pupils with complex and multiple learning difficultiesWork collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and senior leadershipCreate a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environmentMonitor and track pupil progress, adapting approaches where neededThe Ideal Candidate:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentExperience working with students with complex and multiple learning needsStrong understanding of SEN, including PMLD, ASC, and communication needsPatient, adaptable, and resilient approachConfident managing behaviours and supporting emotional regulationWhat We Offer:Competitive daily rate (£170-£220 depending on experience)Supportive school environment with experienced staff teamOpportunity to make a real difference in pupils'' livesPotential ..... full job details .....
