This SEND Teacher role is within a primary-aged setting supporting pupils with severe learning difficulties and speech, language and communication needs. The SEND Teacher will be joining a highly inclusive environment that promotes holistic development and collaborative working across a wider federation of specialist schools and post-19 provision. The SEND Teacher will be part of a team committed to inspiring and empowering every learner.The SEND Teacher will be responsible for delivering tailored learning programmes to pupils aged 3 11 with EHCPs, all of whom present with complex learning needs. This SEND Teacher role requires close collaboration with teaching assistants, therapists and wider professionals to ensure consistent, structured support.
