The Opportunity:
A respected specialist school in Borehamwoodandnbsp;is seeking a committed and experienced SEN Teacher to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis from January 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator dedicated to supporting students with autism, as well as related needs such as speech and language challenges, sensory processing difficulties, and behavioural regulation.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to the diverse needs of pupils with complex SEN, particularly those with autism and other associated needs.
Establish structured routines and use visual supports to aid communication and enhance learning.
Work closely with Teaching Assistants (TAs), therapists, and families to provide coordinated support for students.
Track and report on pupil progress against EHCP outcomes and individual learning targets.
Implement evidence-based strategies to support emotional regulation, independence, and self-management skills for pupils.
