About the Role:
A dedicated and nurturing SEN provision in Buckingham is seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to join their team this September. The role will involve working with pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH needs, in small class settings.
Youandrsquo;ll play a key role in delivering personalised learning, building strong relationships, and ensuring every child has the support they need to thriveandmdash;academically and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons based on EHCP targets
- Foster a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
- Differentiate instruction to meet individual needs
- Work closely with TAs, therapists, and SENCO
- Monitor and assess progress regularly
- Support pupilsandrsquo; social and emotional development
Requirements:
- QTS or QTLS with experience in SEN or a mainstream teacher with SEN knowledge
- Understanding of ASD, SEMH, and other learning needs
- Resilient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
- Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
- Team player with a commitment to inclusive education
