About the Role:

A small and nurturing SEN school near Winslow is seeking a patient, creative, and committed Primary SEN Teacher to work with pupils with moderate learning difficulties and autism. This role is ideal for someone with experience in specialist or inclusive settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored lessons to a small class of 6andndash;8 pupils
• Work alongside therapists and support staff to meet EHCP targets
• Foster independence, communication, and emotional regulation
• Adapt learning through sensory, visual and practical strategies

Requirements:

• QTS or QTLS (SEND experience essential)
• Calm, resilient and nurturing approach
• Understanding of autism, PECS or Makaton beneficial
