• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working with SEN pupils, including ASD, MLD, SEMH or similar needs
• Compassionate, adaptable, and resilient, with a positive andlsquo;can-doandrsquo; approach
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
