The Role - SEN Teacher
As an SEN Teacher, you will work with small groups or on a 1:1 basis, delivering tailored lessons that support academic development, communication skills, emotional regulation, and independence. You''ll play a key role in creating a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment for students with diverse needs.
What We''re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience working with children or young people with SEN (in mainstream or special settings)
Knowledge of EHCPs, adaptive teaching strategies, and differentiated planning
Patience, empathy, and a calm, nurturing approach
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A team player who values collaboration with staff, families, and support services
