About the Role:
- Plan and deliver dynamic, inclusive lessons tailored to a wide range of learning styles and needs
- Adapt teaching approaches to ensure accessibility and sustained engagement
- Create a supportive, structured classroom environment that fosters student confidence and growth
- Work closely with SENCOs, support staff, and families to promote academic and personal progress
- Empower students through innovative, student-centered teaching strategies that encourage independence
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience supporting students with SEND
- Be an effective communicator with strong classroom management skills
- Demonstrate a flexible, adaptive teaching style that responds to individual learning needs
- Show enthusiasm for creating purposeful, impactful learning experiences
- Be highly organised and committed to helping every student achieve their full potential
