The Role

• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to support a range of learning needs

• Adapt teaching strategies to enhance accessibility and engagement

• Create a structured, positive learning environment where students can thrive

• Work closely with SENCOs, support staff, and families to drive student progress

• Foster confidence and independence in students through creative teaching methods

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For

• QTS and experience teaching students with SEND

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching

• Passion for creating meaningful learning experiences

• Excellent organisational skills and a commitment to student development
