Salary: andpound;168.80 - andpound;232.57 Per day

About the Role/ Key responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver innovative, engaging lessons tailored to individual needs.
• Create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment.
• Encourage independence, communication, and resilience in pupils.
• Assessing each studentandrsquo;s progress against individual targets and adapting strategies as needed.

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• A qualified teacher status (QTS) with a big heart and a passion for SEND education.
• Experience teaching or supporting students with SEMH or SEND difficulties.
• Someone who is resilient, adaptable, and ready to embrace the challenges and rewards of this unique role.
• Managing potential challenges, including emotional or behavioural difficulties, with patience and resilience.
