A specialist primary school in Thame is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join their team from January 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine difference in a supportive and well-established SEN setting.

This inclusive and well-regarded SEN school provides education for children with a range of additional needs, including autism spectrum conditions, speech and language difficulties, and moderate learning difficulties. The Role

You will lead a small class group with the support of experienced Teaching Assistants, delivering adapted and creative lessons tailored to pupils'' individual education plans (IEPs). The role requires a teacher with flexibility, patience, and a clear understanding of how to support pupils with a range of SEN.

Ideal Candidate

You will need:

  QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
