The Role:
You will play a key role in delivering tailored lessons to meet diverse learning needs, working within a highly supportive environment that prioritises both pupil and staff wellbeing. Collaboration with teaching assistants, therapists, and families is central to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons for pupils with SEN
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor progress and adapt learning strategies accordingly
- Collaborate closely with the wider SEN team, parents, and external professionals
The Ideal Candidate:
£ QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
£ Experience working with children with SEN (ASD, MLD, SEMH, or similar)
£ Empathetic, adaptable, and resilient
£ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
