SEN Teacher Full-Time, Temp-Perm Location: Watford Start Date: January 2026The Opportunity A highly regarded specialist school in Watford is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join their team on a full-time, temp-perm basis from January 2026. Establish structured routines and use visual supports to aid communication and enhance learning. Collaborate closely with Teaching Assistants (TAs), therapists, and families to provide coordinated support. Monitor and report on pupil progress against EHCP outcomes and individual learning targets. Implement evidence-based strategies to support emotional regulation, independence, and self-management skills.
