Your Role Will Include:
- Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and social-emotional challenges
- Creating a structured and inclusive classroom that promotes independence, self-esteem, and positive behaviour
- Working closely with support staff, therapists, and families to implement and review personalised learning plans
- Using assessment tools and targeted strategies to monitor progress and adjust teaching approaches
- Contributing to the schoolandrsquo;s inclusive ethos through staff development and SEN initiatives
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working with children with additional needs (preferred but not essential)
- A nurturing, adaptable, and proactive approach to teaching
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Familiarity with assistive technologies and visual communication tools
- A commitment to professional growth and inclusive education
