The Opportunity:

A highly regarded specialist school in Borehamwood is seeking a committed and experienced SEN Teacher to join their team from January 2026 on a full-time, permanent basis. Key Responsibilities:

  Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that meet the diverse needs of pupils with complex SEN, particularly autism

  
  



• 
  

  Establish structured routines and use visual supports to aid communication and learning

  
  



• 
  

  Work closely with TAs, therapists, and families to provide joined-up support

  
  



• 
  

  Track and report on pupil progress against EHCP outcomes and individual learning targets

  
  



• 
  

  Implement evidence-based strategies to foster emotional regulation and independence

  
  



• 
  

  Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

  
  



• 
  

  Participate actively in CPD and contribute to the wider school community
