About the Role:
- Deliver targeted support to individuals or small groups, both within the classroom and in more focused settings
- Plan and implement lessons that meet the varied needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Develop engaging and adaptable learning materials that promote student progress
- Monitor and evaluate student development, providing consistent and constructive feedback
- Encourage independence while supporting the development of social and emotional skills
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure positive outcomes for all students
The ideal candidate will:
- Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- A strong passion for helping students reach their full potential and overcome barriers to learning
- Flexible in approach, with the ability to deliver lessons adapted to diverse learning styles and individual needs
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong, positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
