About the Role:


  • Deliver targeted support to individuals or small groups, both within the classroom and in more focused settings
  • Plan and implement lessons that meet the varied needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Develop engaging and adaptable learning materials that promote student progress
  • Monitor and evaluate student development, providing consistent and constructive feedback
  • Encourage independence while supporting the development of social and emotional skills
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure positive outcomes for all students



The ideal candidate will:


  • Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • A strong passion for helping students reach their full potential and overcome barriers to learning
  • Flexible in approach, with the ability to deliver lessons adapted to diverse learning styles and individual needs
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong, positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
