Your Role:
Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
Foster a safe and inclusive environment for learning and growth
Collaborate with LSAs, therapists, and parents to provide holistic support
Monitor, assess, and review EHCP targets and student progress
Encourage independence and personal development in every pupil
What We''re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working with children with SEN (mainstream or specialist setting)
Strong knowledge of SEN teaching strategies and differentiation
Excellent communication, empathy, and classroom management skills
A proactive and positive mindset with a child-first approach
