About the Role:

• Design and deliver dynamic, inclusive lessons tailored to diverse learning styles and needs
• Modify instructional approaches to promote accessibility and sustained student engagement
• Establish a supportive, well-organised classroom atmosphere that encourages student growth
• Collaborate effectively with SENCOs, support teams, and families to ensure consistent academic and personal development
• Encourage student autonomy and self-assurance through innovative, student-centered teaching strategies

The ideal candidate will:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a background in supporting students with SEND
• Effective communicator with well-developed classroom management skills
• Flexible and forward-thinking teaching style, responsive to individual needs
• Enthusiastic about designing impactful, purposeful learning opportunities
• Highly organised with a strong dedication to fostering student growth and success
