About the Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons that meet a wide range of learning needs
- Adapt teaching methods to enhance accessibility and boost student engagement
- Create a positive, well-structured classroom environment that fosters success
- Work collaboratively with SENCOs, support staff, and families to support student progress
- Promote student confidence and independence through creative and innovative teaching strategies
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience supporting students with SEND
- Demonstrate effective classroom management and strong communication skills
- Be proactive, flexible, and responsive in their teaching approach
- Be committed to delivering impactful and meaningful learning experiences
- Be highly organised and dedicated to supporting student growth and development
