About the Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to diverse learning needs
- Adjust teaching methods to improve accessibility and student engagement
- Establish a well-organised, positive classroom environment that encourages student success
- Collaborate effectively with SENCOs, support staff, and families to promote student progress
- Encourage student confidence and independence using innovative and creative teaching approaches
The ideal candidate will:
- Qualified with QTS and experienced in teaching students with SEND
- Effective classroom management and strong communication abilities
- Proactive, flexible, and adaptable teaching style
- Dedicated to designing meaningful and engaging learning experiences
- Highly organised with a strong commitment to supporting student growth
