The school provides exceptional education and support for pupils aged 5-16 with a range of needs including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Communication and Interaction Difficulties, SEMH, and Complex Needs.This is an excellent opportunity to join a welcoming and supportive setting where you can make a genuine difference to the lives of young people.The Role As an SEN Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils.Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.Support pupils with a range of SEND, including autism, ADHD, communication difficulties, learning needs, and complex needs.Develop and implement effective interventions and personalised learning plans.Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies where required.Promote pupils'' academic, social, emotional, communication, and life skills development.Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, parents, carers, and external agencies.Support positive behaviour and emotional regulation through tailored approaches.Maintain high expectations and encourage independence and confidence ..... full job details .....
