Supply Desk is proud to partner with a warm, inclusive, and supportive SEN school located in the heart of High Wycombe. We are currently seeking a part-time Special Education Needs Teacher to join their dedicated team.
About the Role:
- Foster an inclusive environment that encourages social interaction and a sense of belonging.
- Lead the implementation of individual education and behaviour plans tailored to each studentandrsquo;s needs.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support.
- Build strong, trusting relationships to create a safe and nurturing space for students.
- Use positive behaviour management techniques to help students overcome challenges and grow.
The ideal candidate will:
- Empathy andamp; Patience: Approach students with kindness and understanding, recognising their individual challenges and showing consistent patience.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and open to change, adjusting teaching methods to meet the evolving needs of students.
- Strong Communication: Effectively engage with teachers, parents, and professionals to ensure well-rounded support for each student.

- Collaborative Team Member: Work well within a team, contributing actively to discussions and the development of support plans.
