Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher ready to take on a rewarding new role£ A specialist primary school inandnbsp;Maidenheadandnbsp;is seeking a dedicated teacher to lead anandnbsp;Additional Learning Difficulties (ALD)andnbsp;class, starting onandnbsp;Monday 6th October.

Youandrsquo;ll be working with a small group of pupils who require a nurturing, structured, and adaptive approach to learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with ALD and associated needs
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Lead a team of experienced support staff to ensure consistent, high-quality provision
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual EHCP targets
- Foster communication, independence, and emotional wellbeing in every child
- Liaise with families, therapists, and external professionals to provide holistic support
Weandrsquo;re Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification (SEN specialism desirable but not essential)
- Has experience teaching pupils with ALD, PMLD, or complex SEN
- Is confident using alternative communication methods (e.g., PECS, Makaton, AAC)
- Is calm, resilient, and passionate about inclusive education
- Can lead and inspire a team of support staff effectively
