The Opportunity:
A highly regarded specialist school in Rickmansworth is seeking a committed and experienced SEN Teacher to join their team from September 2025 on a full-time, permanent basis. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that meet the diverse needs of pupils with complex SEN, particularly autism
Establish structured routines and use visual supports to aid communication and learning
Work closely with TAs, therapists, and families to provide joined-up support
Track and report on pupil progress against EHCP outcomes and individual learning targets
Implement evidence-based strategies to foster emotional regulation and independence
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
Participate actively in CPD and contribute to the wider school community
