About the Role:
In this role, you will lead engaging and personalised lessons that support students with a range of additional needs. Youandrsquo;ll work as part of a dedicated and caring team, collaborating with support staff, therapists, and families to create a nurturing and effective learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative, tailored lessons for pupils with SEN (ASD, SEMH, MLD, etc.)
- Create a classroom culture that is safe, inclusive, and supportive
- Track and assess student progress, adapting teaching approaches as needed
- Collaborate with parents, teaching assistants, and external professionals
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Previous experience working with SEN pupils
- Patient, flexible, and empathetic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
