Are you highly passionate about education and supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities?  Are you an experienced teacher with experience of teaching children with SEND? Key Responsibilities    Plan and teach groups of children with SEND to support their knowledge and understanding of the core subjects, including phonics.   Conduct key SEND assessments to support the SENDCo.   Maintain, order and develop SEND resources for staff and pupils.   Support teachers with the writing of ISP plans, including EAL plans, and quality assure those plans.   Provide support and guidance to teaching staff around effective strategies for pupils with SEND, including team-teaching where appropriate.
