The learner is currently unable to attend school because of significant anxiety and requires a calm, consistent educational approach that works alongside his existing outdoor alternative provision. About the learner and provision The learner has a confirmed diagnosis of Tourette’s syndrome. He is awaiting assessment for autism and ADHD and experiences severe anxiety, frequent tics, speech blocking, fatigue, communication difficulties and challenges with emotional regulation. The successful SEN Teacher will build trust gradually and deliver learning in a way that protects wellbeing, restores confidence and supports positive engagement.
